Sights for sore eyes.

There were so many times this weekend when I wanted to pinch myself …  here are some of those moments. I mean do you even have to wonder what could make me so happy?

Chad taught him to play catch. He would clap for himself everytime he caught the ball. It was awesome.

We bought one of the waterslide toys for Cole’s water themed birthday party and wanted to test it out. He was obsessed and played in it for 2 hours!  

They sell this thing at Walmart and for $30 I highly recommend it! I just hope it lasts through the party!

We also grilled out for the first time this summer on our patio! We got our new patio furniture on Memorial Day and were finally able to enjoy it. Chad grilled turkey burgers topped with blue cheese crumbles. I made a southwest Caesar  salad and it was SO good.

   

After dinner, we gave Cole one of his bday gifts a little early… A tee-ball set! He LOVED it and really can hit the ball pretty well.

I love this determined look on his face. He is just too precious:) I am excited to post about my latest project… my grandma’s kitchen table makeover!!!! Hope everyone has a great week!!!
