This weekend we had quite the busy social schedule! We had an Easter egg hunt with some friends, and a first birthday party for my boss’ son! We managed to snap a few family photos- which are RARE for us but I love them.

 

 Here are a few from the egg hunt my friend, Katherine and I put together. I didn’t know if the other parents would be okay with posting pics of their children on here, so I left them out!  

II LOVE this last one of me with my buddy from today. He is such a little doll! I am so blessed to have spent my weekend with my boys- I really just can’t get enough of them! I am also very very happy to report that after some concern about Cole’s speech (or lack there of) that he is coming along and is quite the copycat! I was a very worried mama for a little while but I think he is catching up to his peers in terms of speech. It is VERY hard not to compare your child to other children but I have found that it is very true that they all develop differently. He is not the biggest talker, but I don’t know any other almost 2 year olds that can sit and build a block tower taller than their own height, or do a puzzle meant for a 4 year old. He has an incredible attention span and I am amazed everyday at how well he listens to us.  We are so proud of him and everything new that he accomplishes everyday! He is perfect and I could not ask for more.
