DA DA? Does this count?

OK, I always make fun of people who “think” their baby is “talking.” I mean, how do you really know if what they are “saying” is a legitimate stab at a real word? I was video taping Cole this morning like I do everyday and I can almost swear that he was imitating me. I’m not going to go around claiming he said his first word or anything because he’s only 6 months old… but... If you’re a mom you know how exciting it is when your baby does something completely new… Chad has been saying “DA DA DA DA” over and over again to him for about 2 months in hopes that he’ll repeat it back so it’s not like this is the 1st time he’s heard this “word.” I am going to show you this in hopes that you don’t think I am a complete whack job. Give me the benefit of the doubt here and if nothing else, at least he’s cute to look at for two and a half minutes.

Oh, and on a side note... I think it is absolutely HILARIOUS that I have over 30 viewers that are registered as followers on this blog. I know there are many more that are seeing it because my mom, mother in law, and countless friends comment to me about it and they aren't even registered.... I never thought people would find our life interesting enough to read about... so thanks!!!

  4. I just randomly found your blog and your little family is ADORABLE! My husband was in the Army for 4 years and we just moved back to our home town as civilians! We are pregnant with a little boy- due in April. Getting out of the military was hard but it has been great for us so far! Best of luck to y'all and nice to meet you :)
