6 months old today!

Dear Cole,
I can't believe it's been 6 months since you were born. You have been the best thing to have ever happened to your daddy and I and we love you more than you will ever know. 6 months ago I was so scared and clueless about how to be a mom. Thank you for teaching me how to do one of the hardest jobs in the world. I have never been more sleep deprived, poorly dressed, and physically exhausted as I have in the last 6 months but it has been the absolute greatest joy of my life. You are growing and changing every single day and I love waking up and wondering what new thing you will be doing when I walk into your room. Your little gummy smile makes my heart melt and my favorite sound in the world is the high-pitched shriek you do only when you are playing with your daddy. Please stay little forever :) Daddy and I keep trying to get you to crawl , but you still want no part of being on your tummy. I think you will walk before you crawl. You're eating all kind of baby fruits and veggies and we have yet to try something you didn't love. Even prunes! I always call you my little piggy because like your daddy, you LOVE to eat. You have done more traveling than most babies your age and have even moved cross-country! I don't know many little boys who are on the front page of the AJC the day after they were born ...or on 5 local news channels and the radio! What a little celebrity!You may have had to wait 17 days to meet your daddy, but you guys are now the best of friends. It has been quite a busy 6 months for you, little boy, but I promise the best is yet to come. You are such an angel to me and I love you more than anything else in this world.
