I have been meaning to do this for a while.....

I love reading, especially blogs. I like blogs about people that inspire me, or that I can relate to in some way. Any blog that can make me laugh out loud, inspire me, or give me goosebumps, is a must read in my book. Here are some of my faves... some I have read for a while, some new, and even a couple of them were written by personal friends. Enjoy!  California CallahansLeah is a dear friend of mine who I "met" during our time in the Marine Corps. She is SO creative and has gorgeous taste in decor. She can transform junk into something really beautiful!  She is also quite talented in the kitchen- you will LOVE her recipes, creativity, and feel-good posts about her middle-school loverboy husband, Matt- and their cutie pie little dog Jack. I linked this to Leah and Matt's genius silverware silhouette project but be sure to scour her blog- there is tons of good stuff! Bower PowerLeah introduced me to this blog and this family is so freaking cute. I am a sucker for a blog about a family with a little guy like ours and this blog is FUNNY. The Bowers just bought their dream home and it's so fun to watch what they have been doing to make it their own.   

Our Little Miracle

My gorgeous friend, Joanna, and her husband David are the proud parents of Jet, A walking talking miracle boy who was born with spina-bifida. Jet is just 2 months older than our Cole, and once again- I am a sucker for little boy blogs. Joanna is a brilliant writer- really, she should write a book! You will love sharing the trials and triumphs with this very special family. Jet is a total ham and I just can't wait till the next time we go back to Kennesaw so I can squeeze his cheeks!!

Enjoying the Small Things

Ok seriously, this blog is incredible. My all-time favorite. I really don't have words for it even. This is a blog written by a mom of two beautiful little girls, one of them was born with Down Syndrome. This is a must read. Make sure you start with Nella's birth story. and Grab a tissue. or 12.

Little Miss Momma

This blog cracks.me.up. Ashley is super funny and so adorable. She has a little boy ( do you see a pattern here??) and the stories she tells about her "Baby W" are so hilarious! She shares fashion tips and How-to's and all kinds of good stuff.She is very REAL and that is my favorite part! read it!
