Bad mommy!!!

Dear Cole,

Happy 9 month birthday! I am sorry this is a little late and I hope you don’t think I’m a bad mommy! We have been so busy the last few days with unexpected things I haven’t been able to blog at all. Please forgive me… :) You are becoming quite the little man since I last wrote. I think you will walk this month for sure. You have taken your first few little steps which made me both squeal with joy, and then cry a little. You are growing up too fast for me. Your daddy and I were talking about how we wish we could freeze you right here at this perfect age forever. This really has been the most fun we have had with you since you were born. Your favorite toys aren’t the expensive ones that family and friends have bought for you, but things like pots and pans, empty boxes, and your baby wipe containers. Go figure! I don’t see us buying you anymore toys for a looooong time! Just kidding, your first birthday is right around the corner so I know you’ll be spoiled. You love to push the little car that nanny and pops gave you for Christmas… we even let you play in the front yard like a big boy!!!  Here are some recent pictures of you:
